Jordan Klaff

Hospital Manager

Jordan has had a lifelong fascination with veterinary medicine and a deep love for marine biology. After completing college in 2008, she initially moved to South Carolina and later relocated to New York City in 2012. During her year in the city, she recognized the demand for pet care services in the Brooklyn, NY area, prompting her to establish her own dog walking and pet care business. Missing her family, she returned to Maryland in 2016, where she seized an opportunity to work as a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital in Towson, MD.

Driven by a passion for science and the fulfillment of aiding animals, Jordan soon realized her true calling. She returned to school, earning an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology to become a Registered Veterinary Technician/Nurse. Currently, she is devoting her time to pursuing the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) Certification to further enhance her contributions to her team and the hospital.

Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge in hospital management, anesthesia, orthopedics, senior care, and is particularly enthusiastic about animal rehabilitation, anatomy, and physiology, as well as client and patient care.

In her leisure hours, she indulges in hiking and camping adventures with her husband and their 10-year-old collie mix, Morgan (affectionately known as the "squirrel hunter"). Jordan also enjoys watching marine life and true crime documentaries.
